Find the VO user

[root@osg-ce ~]# cd /opt/osg/monitoring/
[root@osg-ce monitoring]# cat osg-undefined-accounts.txt
# A list of accounts eliminated from the user-vo map.
cdf
fermilab
...

Add the user in YP

add the VO user to gridvm:/etc/yp/passwd_osg - see User Accounts.
Check the user is visible on osg-ce:

[root@osg-ce monitoring]# id engage
uid=2004(engage) gid=2000(osg) groups=2000(osg)

Update the gridmap

[root@osg-ce osg]# edg/sbin/edg-mkgridmap
[root@osg-ce osg]# cat monitoring/osg-supported-vo-list.txt
# List of VOs this site claims to support
MIS
ATLAS
OSG
OSGEDU
Engage

Check that the list includes all the VOs you want to support.
