| 5 | I | Inhibit is set in the crate |
| 6 | LSUM | There is an un-masked LAM set in the crate |
| 7 | SRQ | 3988 has enabled a GPIB Service Request |
| 8 | IT | Invalid Transfer (N>23 && N!=30,F>31) |
